Select “Auto-Pause” from the Preferences sub-menu in the Edit menu to display this window.   When the Auto-Pause option is on, all active TimeTracker documents automatically switch to Pause mode after a set number of minutes of inactivity, or by moving the mouse to one of the screen “hot-spots”. If you have two monitors, the hot-spots refer to the main monitor that contain the menu bar. In the example above, if there is no mouse movement or keys pressed within one minute, all active TimeTracker documents go to Pause mode. Afterwards, if the mouse is moved, or a key pressed, the documents go back to Tracking mode. In this example, moving the cursor to the upper right portion of the screen also starts the Auto-Pause mode. You can have between zero and four screen hot-spots assigned. TimeTracker beeps once for each document when switching between Auto-Pause mode and Tracking mode.
